I enjoyed hiking nearby and having private parking. The "free WiFi" was amusingly slow. Inverness Airport was conveniently far away. The holiday home had a nice stove, but did they really think I would cook? Towels were graciously offered.
Oh, how I loved the dampness, dirty cobwebs, and dusty skirtings! And finding an old sock down the back of the settee was a delightful surprise.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the cottage! It had a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The sitting area was perfect for enjoying a cup of tea while taking in the breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. The cottage was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with everything conveniently located on the ground floor. It made my stay incredibly comfortable and easy.
I would have appreciated a more attentive staff. The children working there seemed a bit disinterested and could have been more helpful in making our vacation even better.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The cottage had everything we needed and more. It was super clean and incredibly comfortable. The location was jaw-dropping, with stunning views of the surrounding hills. We loved having our own private off-site car park and the secure parking was a bonus. The facilities were top-notch, especially the log burning stove. We enjoyed spending time in the nice garden sitting out area, watching the farm animals. The cottage had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle in the nicely sized kitchen area. The toilet was spacious and everything was in great working order. We also appreciated the free wi-fi. The cottage's proximity to Broadford made it convenient to stock up at the supermarket for our week-long stay. From there, it was easy to explore all the amazing sights of the Isle of Skye, including the nearby hiking trails and golf course. We were sad to leave, but this truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!
